I have been a customer for about 8 months now. Everything was great at first, I talked them up about how great the boxes were. No sample packs great lures ect ect. I even convinced a few buddies to actually give them a try too. Then they had some computer issue in September that caused my account to have a balance owing, odd I know since no money no box. I called and spoke with Mel via email and she explained the issue and said that in October I would be double billed BUT I would get two boxes. Oh ok sweet not the end of the world and I get two boxes Meh what do I care right more lures the better! So Oct 6th they take $78 bucks Canadian off my credit card. I wait watching the mailman like a rabid dog. Around the 3rd week of Oct and no box. So I call in, another email from another girl and she says to me that because the payment came out late, (Their fault not mine) my box would ship at the end of the month with the late orders/special cases. Oh ok cool a *** off but hey at l'll get it eventually. So end of the month comes and no email with my tracking number. Now I'm pissed. Oct 31st comes and I call again (3rd time now) and give them my story and ask for details. This time I get my case(issue) sent to Justin Brannock to handle. So no answer I email him, no answer by Nov 7th, so I call again tell them my story. Again my case is given to Justin, then boom next day I get my tracking number! Thinking oh yeah here comes double down awsomeness, except it didn't I got one box. SO I call AGAIN on Nov 14th explain my story and try and figure it out. I ask in this call that someone acutally call me to explain the issue and such. The girl on the phone is polite and tells me that she is marking my case urgent and to have someone call me. Again my case is given to Justin and still to this day not a single reply from this plug and no call. So I call back Nov 15th again explain the story and ask for a call. This time my case is given to Andrew and he then merges my issue with another person from California and re assign my case to Laura. I explain to Laura that I am not that person and this isn't my issue. She actually does reply to me and apologizes and makes the changes. But still no one tells me with the *** is going on! SO I call again Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each time my case is assigned to Justin and again this plug doesn't call me or email me. SO now this company is nothing but a common crooks. Criminal in nature. I have been robbed of $39 bucks Canadian and have told everyone I know NOT to buy lucky tackle box and to stay away. I have even made a eff you purchase of a mystery tackle box just to spit Lucky tackle box. SO in short DON'T buy from them they will just rip you off!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $39.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Lucky Tackle Box Pros: Boxes when they actually arrived.

Wow, I have the same problem almost to a T. I too am going with mystery. Lucky can *** off.

This is my update to my complaint, it is resolved now.

I'll be honest here at first I was so pissed. A month long aggravation and no answers to go along with it even after multiple calls.

Then last night I get a call on my phone its the owner of Lucky tackle box, pretty impressive, he tells me that they screwed up he owned his company's mistake. He can't tell me what went wrong specifically but you know what that's fine. At least he told me something, sure it wasn't what happened and who to blame but to be honest that wouldn't have mattered anyways.

I got an apology and it came from the owner none the less, which is something that doesn't happen anymore. All in all I was happy with the way that Lucky tackle box fixed their mistake and am happy to say I am still a customer.

Your a loser. Shouldn't take that long for a mistake to be fixed.

That company is in shambles.

You no better then them sticking with them. Sell out.
