Lucky Tackle Box - Garbage lures, no customer service

The lures they ship are garbage. They do not reply to emails or answer the phone, leaving you with no way to cancel your subscription. Had to have my credit card block them before they could scam me on the renewal.

I have never ever felt so upset with a company that I ever would have written a negative review. That being said, this company is truly terrible. I bought a subscription last year.. everything was fine and I canceled after 2 boxes. This year I re order and the first box was fine but it will automatically renew unless you cancel. On the website it says you can only cancel via email or phone, however when I email or call I get an automatic response that customer service is down and please try again later. I have been trying to cancel for over a month now and have received 2 unwanted boxes (both are very poor quality and the contents of the 3rd box match exactly the contents of the 2nd!!!) This company is an absolute joke and a scam.

I have been trying to cancel the subscription for a 1 1/2 weeks with no luck what so ever. It is horrible that you cannot contact someone by phone because it states no one is available to try back later. I have sent 3 emails with no replies whatsoever also. I will never subscribe to them again nor would I tell anyone to subscribe.
