I was fishing with my brother one day, and noticed several cardboard boxes in his truck with the LTB logo. Intrigued, I subscribed to the Bass XL box.

From what he had told me, I was prepared to make a long term commitment to the company (2-3 years). One day, before my first box arrived, LTB sent me an email detailing a live YouTube broadcast taking place that day. I logged on, eager to see what might come in my box, how to fish them, tips, etc. Unfortunately, LTB was very late to start the video.

However, LTB was not too busy to comment on the live chat. Many other customers were asking questions like "when is this going to start?" and "Did LTB forget about us?" I thought it would be worth a few laughs to comment "Screw this, I'm going to Mystery Tackle Box." Apparently, LTB cannot take a joke, and responded with my FULL name, followed by "GO." This shows how much they care about the customers. But, this didn't bother me nearly as much as the box itself. I received a box full of garbage baits, ridiculously gimmicky terminal tackle, and a wet wipe; not even remotely valuable.

The only item in the box that I actually did like was a 7 pack of Rage Tail Lizards, which just so happened to come in that particular month's Mystery tackle box as well. Extremely disappointed, I subscribed to Mystery tackle box, as Lucky tackle box had ironically/indirectly suggested on YouTube anyway. Instead of waiting a month and a half, like LTB's service, I received that box within a week. It's contents were very satisfying.

I caught my personal best the very next day with it's contents. I have been a subscriber to MTB for 3 months now, and will continue to be for a long time.

NOTE: This is not a paid review.

I am not sponsored by Mystery Tackle Box, or linked to them in any way other than my subscription. I just genuinely enjoy their product.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

You don't need the usual possessive apostrophe (it's) when describing the contents of an inanimate object such as a tackle box ; it can have no legal right of ownership over another inanimate object ... Bob's tackle box and its contents ...

I know it seems odd, but the worst part of English is that every rule has an exception ... you'd still apply the contraction : It's (it is) a nice tackle box ...
