Not a way to do business
When I was a customer for 6 months I received 3 emails a month about my shipments. I have not received an email in 2 months and then I get on my bank account this morning and find I have been charged $90.
So then I try to call and talk to someone to resolve the situation and guess what I get. A smart *** message from you guys saying I am leaving mad and see you later.
This is my second stint with this company I have spent quite a bit of money here I don’t deserve to be treated this way. I want my money back.

Happened to me as well, as many others. My bank told me they don't charge it as a re-occurring so I had to cancel my Debit Card and get a new one so LTB doesn't have any accurate information anymore.
